Arvada is our closest neighbor — our Wheat Ridge yard sits just south of the city line, about 10 minutes from Olde Town, Candelas and Leyden Rock alike. Most Arvada customers pick up at the counter on their way to the job; for skid steers, excavators and our other machines we deliver anywhere in Arvada, usually the same morning your rental starts.

Delivery to Arvada
Delivery and pickup are available across Arvada — Olde Town, Ralston Valley, Candelas, Leyden, Lake Arbor, Indian Tree, and out to Highway 93. Delivery comes with machine rentals: $50 plus $3.50 per mile from our yard for each machine, each way, so short hops from the yard cost the least. Trailers are pickup only. Delivery orders need a valid driver’s license at checkout and someone on site to sign.
Arvada permits and utilities
Most equipment rentals for work on your own property do not need a City of Arvada permit, but fences, sprinkler systems, driveways and anything touching the right-of-way often do — check with Arvada’s Community Development department before you dig or pour. Call 811 at least three business days before any trenching, augering or post driving; Arvada’s older neighborhoods have shallow gas services.
