Delivery in Denver
We deliver across the City and County of Denver — downtown, the northwest neighborhoods, Five Points and RiNo, Stapleton/Central Park, Park Hill, Capitol Hill, Wash Park, Baker, Athmar Park and the southwest. Choose delivery at checkout and we quote the fee for your address after the order is placed. Tell us about alley access and parking when you book; on tight blocks we can often drop a Dingo or excavator directly into the yard. Delivery orders need a valid driver’s license at checkout and someone on site to sign.
Denver permits and utilities
Denver requires a right-of-way permit for any equipment, dumpster or scaffolding placed on a sidewalk, street or alley, and building permits for fences, retaining walls, driveways and structural work. Sidewalk and curb cuts have their own rules. Call 811 at least three business days before trenching, augering or driving posts — Denver’s old neighborhoods are dense with shallow utilities.

Do I need a permit to put scaffolding or a trailer on a Denver street?
Yes — Denver requires a right-of-way occupancy permit for anything on the sidewalk, street or alley. On your own property, no permit is needed for the equipment itself.
Can you get equipment into a Denver alley or backyard?
Usually. Our Toro Dingos are about 35 in wide and the John Deere 17D excavator retracts to 39 in, and we deliver into alleys and side yards every week. Send us a photo of the access and we will tell you what fits.
