Every rental can be picked up at our yard in Wheat Ridge or delivered to your site anywhere in the Denver metro. Choose at checkout; you can switch by calling us before the rental starts.
Pick up at the yard
- Where: 11401 W 44th Ave #1, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 — between Kipling and Ward Road, five minutes off I-70.
- When: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Reserve a start time online and we will have the unit staged.
- Bring: your driver’s license, the card you reserved with, and — for trailers — the vehicle you will tow with. We hitch every trailer ourselves and check the ball, plug, lights and brakes.
- Loading: small tools fit in a car. Walk-behind equipment (aerators, trenchers, stump grinders, compactors) loads into a pickup with a ramp or onto a small trailer; we help load and can add a 5×8 trailer to the order. Skid steers and excavators need a rated equipment trailer, which we also rent, or delivery.
- Return: during business hours, to a staff member, so we can inspect and close the rental.
Delivery
We run our own delivery trucks and trailers, and about half our equipment goes out that way. Delivery is the right choice for skid steers, excavators, Dingos, scaffolding kits, trailers when you do not have a tow vehicle, and anything else that will not fit in your car.
How it works
- Choose Delivery & Pickup (round trip), delivery only or pickup only at checkout, and enter the site address.
- We confirm the order and add the delivery charge, which is set by distance — see the rates below. You will know the figure before the truck rolls.
- Delivery orders require a valid driver’s license at checkout. Someone 18 or older must be on site to accept the equipment, sign, and go through the walkthrough.
- We deliver during business hours, Monday–Saturday. Tell us the earliest time your site can take delivery; morning drops are the norm for machines starting that day.
- At the end of the rental, have the equipment shut down, accessible and reasonably clean at the agreed pickup time.
What delivery costs
Delivery is priced by distance, not guesswork. Each trip between our yard and your site is:
$50 + $3.50 per mile
Drop-off and pickup are two separate trips, so a round trip is $100 + $7.00 per mile. Miles are measured from our yard at 11401 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge to your site address.

You can use one leg or both: plenty of customers have us deliver a machine and then tow it back themselves, or drop a trailer off at the yard after we delivered it. Tell us at checkout which you want. Delivery charges are added to the rental and taxed with it; they are not part of the damage waiver calculation.

Where we deliver: Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Lakewood, Golden, Westminster, Denver, and the rest of the metro including Broomfield, Edgewater, Mountain View, Lakeside, Littleton, Englewood, Aurora, Thornton, Northglenn and Commerce City. Foothill and mountain deliveries are available depending on access — call first.
Site access: our trucks need a place to stop and unload safely. Let us know about alley access, gates (width matters — our Dingos are about 35 in wide, skid steers 66 in), steep or soft driveways, overhead lines and HOA rules. On tight Denver lots we can often walk a machine into the backyard from the alley.
Waiting time and failed deliveries: if no one is on site at the agreed time, or the equipment cannot be placed because of access we were not told about, we have to bring it back and come again — that second attempt is charged as another trip at the rate above.
